This is an approximation of my favourite recipe I used to make while working at a Historic Fort..yum!
I was tired of the same old same old recipe that I've seen online for salmon patties. So I had an epiphany on day when I had some left over sweet potatoes.
A reduced fat version of the "hillbilly slaw". This salad packs a nutritional PUNCH with healthy fats from sunflower seeds and canola oil-a big serving of vegetables and it's sugar free!
Favorite of the family...For those who don't like the standard Macaroni salad of today.
With two kinds of cocoa and coconut. These flourless brownies are not only delicious, full of protein and antioxidants.
Try this recipe with tortilla chips, wrapped in a tortilla or as a side dish or main course.

This was a quick lunch I prepared that is just over 350 calories and is very filling. Plus it is super nutritious 24 grams of Protein and 5.9 grams of Fiber. Great for leftover fish. Spice it up with indian flavors instead of the dill try tumeric, cumin, cloves and other spices.
A great breakfast to take with you to work or a picnic, etc. I've also taken it for lunch. Another take on overnight oatmeal.
