This recipe is good for a BBQ or party. It makes a large bowl of potato salad which can be divided to make a small portion for a single dinner or lunch. The liquid smoke adds a good smokey flavor for any BBQ and the sugar, sweet potatoes and sweet onion makes for slightly sweeter taste. This receipe is good for people who want to move away from the mustard or egg tasting salads.

* Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat, 4 serving (remove)
* Granulated Sugar, .45 cup (remove)
* Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked (remove)

A cold, Vegan, delicious salad. I will add cherry tomatoes next time but we didn't have any.
A nice dish for summer. Lot's of crunch with little fat! Great use for cold, leftover rice and baked chicken
I love fennel (aka anise), so was excited to find this recipe in a mailing sent to me by Giant food store promoting Nature's Promise organic produce. I always keep a container of Nature's Promise organic baby spinach on hand to use in my green smoothies, as well as in my crustless spinach & blue cheese quiche!
I threw this together on a hot day when I wanted something crispy and refreshing. You could do any number of variations, like adding cucumber or carrot, or using fresh basil instead of mint. Have fun with it!
This is a great recipe that is a hit at family gatherings. I have changed it slightly from the actually recipe by cutting back on the oil, using lite miracle whip and splenda in place of sugar. I am not sure how "lite" it will come out in comparison with some low-cal recipes, but I know how good this is!! :)
Fermented or "black" garlic tastes sweeter and more complex than fresh garlic.
Love this salad. The cafe in my office building makes this. It's super yummy! Not sure of the exact measurements though.
