I love the recipe because it just gets better a day or two later and it is so simple to make.
I tried a salad similar to this at a local restaurant and decided it was something I wanted to have more often (for less than $7 each). Baby spinach and pepper replaces arugula.

I made this experimenting. I like my ranch runny and not too powerful. I made this and I love it, the best part about it, is that it is not bad for you, only 30 Calories for 2 Tbsp. This way you can use a little extra if you want!
This is a delicious way to get more protein into your diet without a heavy meat. It's similar to tabouleh but includes sprouted beans and lentils. It's a refreshing, healthy, and nutrient rich as a main dish or side.
A low calorie, low fat, low carb (low everything!) and highly YUMMY sweet n' tangy salad dressing or nugget dip. Could probably even be used as a chicken marinade or sauce.
