I had never made homemade stuffing before. I had all the ingredients, but wanted the cruchiness of the baked corners. So, I decided to make it in a skillet an let it set there and get some crunch on the bottom. You don't have to do that. Just cook it to your desired consistency.
This multigrain muffin is lowfat and not too sweet as it has very little sugar added in addition to the blueberries and cranberries. It makes a wonderful side item to any meal or can be used as a quick breakfast item.
