I discovered these chips at Whole Foods for 6 dollars for a TINY bag, but they were the most amazing things I have ever had so I had to make them!

This recipe is older than I remember but tastes sooo good. 2 cups of nuts can be added if you like. I always make a double batch of the original recipe so this is already doubled.

These SPLENDID SPLENDA Cookies are my own recipe. I make it originally with 1.5 cube Sticks Nucoa but cut that to 1 cube (8 Tablespoons) and .25 cup Unsweetened Applesauce instead. This recipe made with just Nucoa made small very round cookies. I think with the Applesauce and cutting the nucoa it will perform nicely and give a better "spread" consistency upon baking, less calories, and more like the 2&1/2" cookies we love so well.

This is something I put together and thought was quite yummy. If you prefer a more low-cal drink, just use 1% cottage cheese and substitute the half and half with milk.
While you can drink right after pouring from the blender, I like to put in the freezer until almost frozen.
