Wonderful refreshing frozen cheesecake bars. Change your fruits as you like. Peach is wonderful.
Soften cream cheese, mix with Yogurt, limejuice, cinnamon and splenda. Chill and enjoy.
I use reduced-fat sour cream, nonfat Greek yogurt, and vegetable soup mix to make this deliciously salty dip that has a chunky texture. It goes really well with raw vegetables or crackers, like All-Bran.
I like the recipe because I change it depending on what nuts or dried fruit I have on hand. I have decreased the sweetness over time by reducing the brown sugar for my families taste but originally I started with 1/4 cup brown sugar.
