Good copycat of the "Green" NV granola bars. Calls for baking soda and vanilla not listed in ingredients.
Mix dry ingredients and then add wet ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease & flour muffin tins. Shake out excess flour. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake until done.
