Festive No-Fuss Feast. This is a family or guest that love seafood. It is worth the price. My hubby does not like seafood very much but he loves my recipe of this salad. I use crap meat instead of the Carbmeat and add the shrimp for the extra meat and I also use that Vadalla onion. Make Ahead 2 hours.
I like this recipe as either sherbert or as a smoothie. 1 serving is about a cup and is very filling. The addition of fresh pineapple eliminated the need for additional juice and gave the sherbert a nice zest.

Excellent cobbler for the person with a sweet tooth but without all that sugar. This goes well with frozen vanilla yogurt
I have also added cinnamon, bananas or berries to the batter before cooking. I usually eat them plain but sometimes serve them with fresh berries.
