Ingredients

2 c.Milk, 1%
2 Large eggs
2 egg whites
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp Dijon musturd
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 cayenne
1 8 oz loaf whole wheat french Bread Cubed
1 (7-oz) packaged frozen fully cooked turkey links, thawed and sliced,
1/2 c. Reduced -fat shredded chedder cheese
Directions
1. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray
2. Whisk together the milk,eggs, eggs whites,parsley, musturd, salt and cayenne in a large bowl. Stir in the bread and sausage. Let stand, stirring occasionally until the bread is moistened, about 10 mins.Tranfer to the baking dish and spread evenly. Cover and refridgerate at least 8 hrs or overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. remove the Strata from the refigerator; uncover and let stand 10 mins.
4. Sprinkle the strata with the cheese and bake until golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, about 45 mins. Let stand 5 mins before serving.
Makes 8 3/4 cup servings
I added this stir in 2 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinich, thawed and sqeezed dried with the bread and saugage in step 2. This adds veggies to the recipe.
