Fabulous! Used homemade chicken brth and homemade taco seasoning to decrease sodium. One of our favorites!
This recipie is outstanding!!! I eat it plain with fat free sour cream and fat free cheese, or mix it with brown rice. It is so easy to make and it tastes SO YUMMY!!! I've made it twice, there are tons of leftovers and this time I added one more can of beans!
