Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

In answer to Debnicu's question, the reason for full fat mayo instead of alight version is for the low carb count. Light and/or fat free products have higher carb counts (usually because they add sugar in place of fat). Very bad for a diabetic. :)
Question regarding the recipe: why do you use full fat mayo, would it still taste okay if you used a light version. Blue cheese dressing is my absolute favorite. Can't wait to try this.
