I'm also not a fan of fruit nectars as they have too much sugar added. I think I'll try this recipe but I'll do it with a purreed mango and toss in another mango sliced up and grilled just to give it that extra flavor I love!!
This sounds good, but as for healthy, mango nectar is usually FULL of high-fructose corn syrup. The nectar you can find at Mexican groceries is usually better then Kern for nutritional values. I would like to see *measures* on this recipe, since "1 packageof chicken thighs" means nothing.
