Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used skim milk, egg beaters and whole wheat flour and they turned out great... I also used a recipe for healthy icing so I iced the top of them... basically use 1 cup of skim milk, 1 4oz thing of instant chocolate pudding and 1 8oz container of fat free cool whip and mix it all together.
They turned out a bit too salty tasting for me. Next time I will decrease the amount of salt
