Nutrition & Calorie Comments

You can cut sodium a few ways. 1st, ditch the added salt, Old Bay has plenty. 2nd Use low sodium tomato products or make your own tomato base. I take fresh tomatoes and grill them. Collect the juice when peeling! That could replace the stewed tomatoes. This is similar to what I make.
this sounds yummy. i might try to make this tomorrow. it seems that all the recipes in here, the sodium goes through the roof. i plugged in a breakfast smoothie recipe yesterday and was left with my mouth open at how much sodium my "healthy" smoothie had. still...i want to try your sealess stew. :)
Absolutely divine. I can't believe its this few calories... but the sodium is way high!
