Great idea did it without sugar
I don't usually eat vegan, but this recipe was awesome! I used Splenda instead of sugar. My boys had NO idea they were eating something "nutritious". I will definitely make this again.
Don't drain the zucchini after grating it or the batter gets too thick. I added an extra banana and left out 1/2 cup of sugar. It turned out delicious and nutritious! No one even GUESSED it was vegan!
