I used 1/2 c. less of white sugar, used 5 egg whites instead of whole eggs, and used whole wheat flour. These cookies have an awesome flavor. Would use the non stick spray as they do tend to stick a little. Submitted by:

I really like these soft cookies. I used 1/2 cup soy margine and 1/2 cup applesauce, changed the 1 cup brown sugar to 1 cup agave nectar, used whole wheat flour and added raisins and chopped walnuts! Great! Submitted by:

These are really good! I made them for father, and he likes nuts,and I added 1cup of raisins and small pkg. of chopped walnuts. They bake up so nice,turned out perfect. i will definitely make these again. Thanks for a great recipe! Submitted by:
