Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Milk is really not low carb - at least for Atkins, so sub'd with heavy whipping cream - 2/3 c cream, 1/3 c water. Only 2 came out in 1 piece! Think we needed a hotter pan than at first using. Will try again as learning how to lc crepes is our current obsession!
