This is even better the next day cold on a saltine FF cracker. Submitted by:

This is a great recipe. More subtle than I would have thought with the Italian dressing. Used 1/3 less fat cream cheese and served over brown rice. Submitted by:

Everyone is liking this so much and I didn't think it was that great for all the calories I got for it. My son didn't like it at all. Bummed. I was hoping this was going to be so good. Submitted by:

Absolutely delicious! I've had the full fat version and didn't miss it! Submitted by:

This is good, although I like mine with a bit more kick to it. I used lowfat onion and chive cream cheese, but it sort of got absorbed and the flavor wasn't strong. Next time I would add onion powder and some other seasonings. Creamy and good though. Submitted by:

I was amazed that it was as good as all the hype. Everyone loved it. Slight changes: I used skinny chicken broth, instead of water, and used 2 full cups. I also added broccoli like some others. My family enjoyed their dinner over rice. I put mine over mashed cauliflower for a low carb option. Delish! Submitted by:

Almost 1/2 the daily requirement for sodium in one serving. Submitted by:

Made according to recipe, but had to add water, as it was salty. It was still very good. I served it with rice and broccoli as sides. I will make it again, and likely make extra for the freezer. Submitted by:

Made this tonight, used organic chicken breast strips, fat free cream cheese, and added some mushrooms to it. Boy this chicken melts in your mouth....this is some good stuff Submitted by:

This was very easy and delicious! The changes I made were: Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic soup, 4 oz. of the reduced fat cream cheese and I added two wedges of light spreadable cheese. I did have to add about half a cup of water to thin the sauce a bit to my liking. Submitted by:

It was great! My husband saw the recipe & was excited for me to make it. We used fat free cream cheese. We had it over brown rice. Yumm-o! Next time I will add some veggies. Definitely a keeper! Submitted by:

My husband and I LOVED this!!! I used neufchatel and Healthy Recipe soup to cut down on sodium. I also upped the water to 3/4 cup. It came out great. Will ABSOLUTELY make this again!!! Submitted by:

I am sure this is super as is but I had to add my twist too. Bagged, sundried tomatoes, a splash of white wine, fresh pressed garlic and coarse black pepper, 1/3 c Fat Free cream, Freshly caught dungeness crab and a touch of grated percorino romano and parsley to the top. Delicious. Submitted by:
