Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

My family loves these. I use 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, but 1/2 cup would be lots, and 3/4 cup choco chips. I love that you use all whole wheat flour. I do stir the flour before measuring to "fluff" it a bit so I use a bit less, making a lighter muffin. Also, I use 2 Tbsp coffee, not 2 tsp.
Yummy muffins. I used 1/4 cup stevia-sugar blend, 1/4 cup liquid egg, skim milk and 1/2 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
