This was excellent and so quick and easy. My only concern is the listed protein content for one serving. Maybe the size of the serving? 6 oz. is more than I ate--I recorded 4 oz and that was plenty for me--is 40g for 6oz correct? Otherwise a very tasty, juicy, well-seasoned dinner entree.
