Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very good. I used ground turkey breast instead of ground beef for nutritional reasons. I sauted some garlic with the onions and meat. Also I added green bell peppers in with the carrots and added the celery a little later to allow for a crisp vegetable. Good soup.
