Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Very good but It seems the serving count is off. According to the recipe this is one serving at 872 calories. I reduced the olive oil from 2 Tbs to 1/4 Tbs and used a couple sprays of canned olive oil spray, changed servings to 4 servings ( this was enough for 4 of us) and came up with 175 calories.
The protein count seemed off so I checked it out. It all comes from the parmesan cheese. Not helpful
