Nutrition & Calorie Comments

For a crepe newbie, this is a good recipe. I do think it is a little salty, esp for a dessert/sweet crepe -- and I used Morton Lite salt.
I made these with whole wheat flour and 3/4 tsp salt, as well as skim (nonfat) milk. Omg. Amazing.
These are so healthy and low in calories that it was easy to splurge on a small smear of Nutella inside. My daughter, recently returned from France, thought they were great.
Just made these. They were pretty good but mine turned out a little salty. I thought I was careful when measuring everything but I guess not. Besides the saltiness, they were good.
LOVED these!!!!! We had them with 1 tsp of raspberry jam spread over, and a tablespoon or two of Dream Whipped topping. If you close your eyes it reminded you of those Vachon type desserts! Will be making LOTS of these bad boys to have in freezer for when the sugar monster comes calling! A +++++
Good recipe. I used whole wheat but did not measure my salt accurately. Must not use extra salt in this one.
I used whole wheat pastry flour, skim milk and 1/3 cup of egg substitute instead of all 3 eggs for a saving of about 15 calories per crepe. Thank you for the very good and simple recipe.
This is great. I like that it does not have a lot of calories per serving.
