I make a very this same soup only I use vegetable broth in plave of the water & bouillion cube. This will cut down on the sodium count for anyone needing to watch that. Add chicken or shrimp & you have a meal
Great soup. Will use veggy broth next time a little too salty. Not enough Cayenne Pepper. Will put in a lot more next time.
well Ive never tried Bok choy & dont even know what it is,But Ill give it a try,Ill skip the mushrooms & Im going to trey that organic vegetable broth idea Love the idea of less sodium,thats always better
I like everything except that nasty little buillion cube. Why not use organic vegetable broth? Better choice as far as sodium when natural sea salt is used.
