Nutrition & Calorie Comments

We loved this receipe. I cooked and seasoned heavily 8 oz of lean ground beef with thyme, cayenne pepper, oregano, & garlic granualted. No Salt. Used Instant brown rice and added 1 cup more water added meat with the rice. After cooked let sit for over 1 hour on very low burner.
Had no tomatoes, so I used a can of Progresso Hearty Tomato soup, and I precooked the rice in my rice cooker to make the dish easier. Also, I had my own cooked beans from dried, so no sodium from the beans! AWESOMELY tasty!
