Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

Used up bits of bread in the freezer for this. Broke them (still frozen) into pieces, sprinkled dried cranberries & raisins over, mixed up eggs, sugar, mix and added ginger & cinnamon to this mixture. Poured over the frozen bread and baked for 35 min at 350. Much lighter than traditional. Delish!
I used 1/2 cup egg beaters and splenda to cut down on the calories. Next time I'll use the sugar and egg beaters.
