This is just the recipe I've been looking for! I just made a couple of changes due to lack of supplies on hand. I used fat=free chicken broth instead of veggie. I also didn't have jalapenos, so I used a can of Ro-tel diced tomatoes with green chilies. Very tasty indeed :-)
