Nutrition & Calorie Comments

What happened to Sugars in the nutrition information. With that many carbs surely there has to be sugars. I am diabetic and carbs and sugars are important to me.
I haven't tried it yet, but plan to. If you serve it with brown rice, you start your day with a complete protein (as well as additional fiber).
I didn't have apples but I had an open can of Pears in pear juice. I used the pear juice plus earl grey tea , added 1/2 cup of frozen cranberries and 1 tsp fresh grated ginger. Instead of coconut milk or milk I added unsweetened fat free yogurt. YUMMY!
Wow, sounds interesting...I may try mashed banana for my sugar instead of the maple syrup.
What a great breakfast! I am going to experiment w/using agave syrup vs. maple for a bit less sugar for me. Delish! Great hot breakfast.
