Looks interesting. The sodium count looked a little low for a recipe with canned beans. However, canned beans are available in a low sodium variety (such as Goya brand) that use potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride in their canning process.
A friendly suggestion! To reduce the salt in this recipe, use dried beans. It's a bit more onerous, but it cuts out the salt. :-)
