Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

It was good, I just adjust the baking powder to 2 tsp use 1/3 cup sweetener and 1/4 tsp salt.
I will confess to adding dried cranberries to the batter, and Splenda Granulated instead of sugar, but it came out so good, I ate it plain. A great recipe, I will definitively make it again, maybe with some jalapenos and have it with chili, like PAULLINLIM did. Thank you for sharing this.
