This recipe is the same as the one in a book called *Cooking for One,* except it substitutes nonfat evaporated milk for cream which, thankfully, knocks off 200 calories per serving! I've made the version from the cookbook and it's easy and delicious! Can't wait to try this lower-cal version, now!
