There is enough calories and fat in this recipe, that you might as well have the real thing , and there is way too much sodium. No one should be eating that much sodium at one meal. the reccomended % at one meal should not exceed 360mg. Too much salt causes high Blood Pressure, Strokes,Heart Probs.
Although I did not make this recipe, I think some healthier, low-fat substitutes can be made to reduce the fat grams per serving. For example, fat-free mozz cheese and reduced fat parm cheese. And maybe a different sauce.
