Nutrition & Calorie Comments

after reading comments, this is what I changed (and it was AWESOME!):
used uncooked cx, mixed all in the food processor, used crushed wheat crackers to coat, BAKED on a pizza sheet with a pan under to catch the drippings.
Turned out great w/a little dark meat in for some fat so it's not so dry!!
the potatoes were confusing to make as directed -- variable by brand . I made using nofat dry milk and water only. I skipped the cooking/cooling == not necessary. I cooked on griddle using pam not sunflower oil, used chili powder and italian seasoning
for spices. Used electric handi chopper
I added some salt. My -picky- daughter loved it.
It was a good idea to mix the breadcrumbs into the mixture!. I also processed the chicken with the ingredients, except for the mashed potatoes.
This is a recipe that must taste better than the recipe sounds. Since the chicken is cooked, I wonder if it would be a good recipe for leftover turkey. Obviously you would have to stick to the white meat to keep the calories down. I would like to hear from more people who have tried this.
Will probably try it with real potatoes. It'll cut down the sodium as well.
