This soup is excellent. Thank you for a low calorie version as I also Love the original.
This had a good flavor, nice consistancy. It was too salty, but I believe that was my own fault. Plus as much as I like gorgonzola, it was a little strong. Next time I'll put a little less, but overall I liked this one.
This is an amazing recipe! I'll definitely make this again. I did add a little salt, but it was really good even before I added it.
