I added some onion and about 1/4tsp of pink salt while cooking the hamburger, and I also used a 12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower. I liked this recipe. It's not a favorite, but it's good.
Tasty "low carb" meal. Used diced onion which added a little more texture.
Looks awesome. It is a low carb recipe no changes needed you NEED fat when on a true low carb diet. Definately going to try this
This is a "low carb" recipe - so no changes need to be made to it. Fat doesn't make you fat people!
I used 93% lean ground beef, reduced fat sour cream, reduced fat chive and onion cream cheese and increased the garlic powder to 2 tsp. I also mashed the cauliflower slightly. This was really tasty. I will definitely make this again.
cal, cholesterol, fat....everything was to high....the concept of the recipe is a great one. will be using ground turkey ,and lowfat and not fat items...the calories went from about 500 to 330....cholestreol went down too, fat went from 40 to 16.2....theese changes are nessecary and worth it for you
