I used full fat dairy, because why add the extra sugar and garbage with low or fat free? Submitted by:

Tried it yesterday morning and it was great! I am trying new low carb recipes to control my blood sugar. I did add some green onions and my husband who is not having to keep tight control of his blood sugar loved it! Low carb living may be possible! Submitted by:

Good, but 4 servings, not 6, not at all! Easy to change up the recipe. Cut into 4 servings for a meal, calorie count is low. Submitted by:

Absolutely awesome! I used whole eggs instead of Egg Beaters - and No-Salt Added Cottage Cheese. I threw in about 1/4 C of Chopped Red Peppers and a couple Tablespoons of Minced Onions with the Broccoli and Ham. Seasoned with a little Curry Powder and Black Pepper. Submitted by:

if you really want this (truly) low carb, cut the low fat stuff, and use regular, full fat cheese and cottage cheese. There is nothing wrong with real fat! Submitted by:

Absolutely melts in your mouth! Made this for guests at our cabin, along with the Amazing Pancakes (soy flour) Recipe, and both received rave reviews. I doubled the ham & cheese which made it extremely hearty for the men. This is a keeper! You should try it ... too delicious to be low-carb :) Submitted by:

I used plain greek yogurt instead of cottage cheese for the protein boost. It all blended well and tasted great with my turkey bacon. It was very filling and satisfying. Submitted by:

Made this today and it was great. Will definately make this again. DH liked it also. The only thing I did diffferent was, I had no ham so I chopped up some low fat turkey (sandwich) slices and put in place of ham. It was GREAT. Submitted by:
