Pretty good. A little too much lime juice...I would cut it down by one lime next time. I might also use low-sodium chicken broth instead of water to add depth of flavor. I added garlic and omitted the green bell pepper.
The family loved it. Went well for my low carb needs. Had refried beans, cheese, salsa, lettuce etc & let everyone make their own soft taco/burrito.
