Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made a few changes. Used 1/2 white, 1/2 wheat flour, used 1/2 cup egg substitute and added 1/2 cup Splenda brown instead of the brown sugar (this should make it sweeter). Also used frozen raspberries. Anyone know why muffins have black spots which have bitter aftertaste?
