Thanks for this wonderful idea! I changed it up. I used red. fat ground pork (like eggrolls), I didnt use the whole bag of slaw mix, just 4 cups. I didnt add the extra carrot, I added 2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce,1 Tbs garlic pwdr &your delicious creole. Tasted just like the inside of the egg roll
