This is one of my favorite quick meals. Sometimes I'll add some sliced hard boiled egg to get more protein.
I will be having this everyday for lunch for as long as possible! I tried it yesterday, and actually went back to work happy and bragging about it. Had it today, and just as good! Since I'm no good in the kitchen, I cheated and bought Wholly Guacamole 100 calorie packs for the avacado. THANK YOU!
