I agree with Bridget. The nutritional information is totally incorrect. That aside, it's still really good, and a fairly healthy option.
This rice is so tasty! It has become a family favorite. I agree that the calories seem off but still tasty.
The nutritional information for this is way off. In the ingredients the rice is listed as uncooked, but in the nutritional information it was included as 1 cup of cooked rice. I made this rice with brown rice (less calories) and only 1 T of oil and I'm coming up with 140 calories per serving.
