Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This is lovely. As an added bonus I kept the water the cranberries had soaked in and added it to my breakfast oatmeal the next day for some low-calorie extra flavor.
Fabulous!! I used whole fat feta 2 oz....which is pretty low to compared to other cheese out there. Used only a half tablespoon of olive oil. The servings looked small but wound up being very filling. I will Absolutely make this again :)
