I've tasted this before at my friend's house and it's wonderful if you love Kimchi. If you are concerned about the sodium, I would suggest substituting the soy sauce for a low sodium version and use PAM cooking spray with just 1 TBS of Sesame oil. You sill want the sesame for the flavor...:)
