Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I loved this AS Is. The calorie count was excellent for a very filling Lunch. Sometimes you just want to enjoy a lot of something instead of a little something. This filled the bill for my needs yesterday. At 189 calories for the whole thing, I was full happy and satisfied with the taste. Thank You!
Very good!!! I was making another recipe that called for canned and didn't have any ~ this was perfect!!!!! Also added onion and garlic! and no salt... since recipe had plenty of other ingredients! YUM!
I used butter to sautee onions and mushrooms, skim milk and fat free half and half along with spices that we like - Italian spice mixture with finely chopped fresh parsley~ delicious!
delicious, I had to add a little fat free chicken broth
This sure beats the "diet blues"! It feels as good as it tastes to eat. You just wouldn't know you are eating low fat low calorie food. And such a hearty serving too!
