Excellent! Nonfat Greek yogurt for sour cream (2 ounces), Monk fruit, 0 calorie sweetener, topped plums with "pie spice" from Penzeys(mix of spices). Sliced plums very thin-had about 2 big ones used 8-9 ounces. Like french plum cake I have made in past. Good dessert/ or breakfast.Used 8 inch pan.
Wow! I loved this. I made it with Blackberries and 1 T non-fat whip cream per slice. My husband thought it was great too! I even sprinkled a tad bit of cinnamon on the top of my slice. Thanks, I don't even typically like cake, but I liked this one!
