Do you cook the oatmeal before adding the protein powder? I'm wondering, because protein powder typically get lumpy if it's heated.
fantastic! I added another scoop of protein powder, acacia fiber, 1/2 c blueberries and 1/2 c water. this fills me up! I eat at 8am and not hungry till 11:30 or so! THANKS!!
