Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

For what they are--these are fabulous. Don't expect them to taste like potatoes but man-o-man are they fabulous tasting on their own. Used Olive Oil, salt, pepper, parmesan, pinch Italian seasoning, and a sprinkle of garlic, onion, and celery powder. Cooked for an hour and got some crispy ones too
Me and my sister made these yesterfay and we made them again ! They were sooo goooood! We used extra virgin olive oil instead of cheese and ommited the nutmeg. They were sooo good though and really low calorie:)
This was the first time I think I have even HAD a turnip in my mouth. They were GOOD! Would most likely use a "chunky"-er Sea Salt next time for a stronger flavor, but this will become a staple in my house!
