The canned chicken broth and tomato paste have a LOT of sodium. I used water and a smoked ham hock instead and it was delicious.
Soup sounds great, but....at 2,341.6 mg of sodium per serving, it sure isn't healthy for anyone! Or, is that a miscalculation?
