Edamame and Green Bean Salad
This is a delicious cold bean salad with healthy Edamame beans ( soy ) and green beans. If you like the taste of a sweet and sour cucumber salad you will like this. You can add onions chopped if you like. The peppers I added were pre chopped at the grocery store and were a mix of red, yellow and green.
