Balancing Act - Apple Cinnamon Protein Bars
No-bake, super-easy, healthful protein nutrition bars! High protein, low fat, multigrain, natural, fruit, nut, no sugar added, filling... very very tasty.

Feel free to substitute other dried fruits, nut butters, spices, protein flavors, or even fruits (try pureed bananas or dates!). It's completely customizable, so please share your best combination creations. =)
You can also use all-nut butter and no PB substitute (ie.Better'n Peanut Butter), but the calories will be slightly higher and closer to a meal than a snack bar.
